Rob Lovett

My name is Rob Lovett. I moved to Claremont four years ago but I've been visiting the area my whole life. Professionally, I like to consider myself a jack of many trades as I have experience in customer service, information technology, lead abatement, and drug and alcohol rehab services as an admissions counselor. It was my time in the rehab industry that developed my passion for public service. I moved to Claremont in May of 2018 and by October I was chosen to fill a vacant position with the Claremont & SAU 6 school board. I went on to serve for an additional three years in the role and helped make tough decisions regarding the new Superintendent and Covid protocols. These experiences helped me realize how important our local government is. As a Representative I promise to take an evidence-based approach in all my decisions and hope to work in a bipartisan fashion that rejects extreme ideologies.
